This renovation and addition to the Lansdale Branch of the North Penn YMCA is part of the North Penn Commons shared community condominium project. The YMCA improvements will connect to a 9000 sf shared lobby that serves as gathering space for the YMCA as well as the proposed Advanced Living senior housing , Peak Center senior services, and Manna on Main Street’s food pantry, soup kitchen and counseling services.

Additions will add a new 11,400 sf competition pool, administrative offices, member’s services and a future 8,600 sf gymnasium.

Renovations will transform the fifty year old structure into a new facility; adding new locker rooms, converting the lap pool into a family pool, and a mini gymnasium. All systems, interior partitions and finishes will be replaced to meet current use, energy, and access requirements.
